Equality Objectives
Objective 1: To monitor and analyse pupil achievement by race, gender and disability and act on any trends or patterns in the data that require additional support for pupils.
Objective 2: To raise levels of attainment in core subjects for vulnerable learners.
Objective 3: We wish to promote cultural development and understanding through a rich range of
experiences both in and beyond the school. Over the next four years we intend to invite a
number of people to speak to children in assemblies about their different cultures and
faiths. We will also plan a themed week within the next year with a specific focus on this
objective.
